1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 These Publisher Guidelines set out the minimum standards that every Publisher Website and every Position must meet to be listed and to remain listed on the AdultSense marketplace operated by GLOBAL ENTERPRISE CLOUD SYSTEMS ("GECS"). They form part of the Publisher Terms and should be read together with the Traffic Quality Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1.2 Publisher Websites are independently owned and operated. Listing on the Platform does not mean GECS owns, endorses or is affiliated with any website. These Guidelines exist to protect Advertisers, website visitors and the integrity of the marketplace.

1.3 GECS may update these Guidelines at any time. Material changes will be notified through the portal or by email. GECS's interpretation of these Guidelines is final.

2. Website Eligibility

2.1 To be approved, a website must: (a) be fully functional, with original or properly licensed content and genuine navigation; (b) have been live with consistent traffic for a period GECS considers sufficient to produce reliable statistics; (c) be owned or controlled by the applicant, verifiable on request; (d) have a clearly accessible privacy notice, terms of use and contact or abuse-report mechanism; and (e) operate under a stable domain without frequent redirects to other domains.

2.2 GECS will generally not approve: parked domains; sites consisting mainly of advertising; sites under construction; sites that copy content from others without licence; link farms or doorway pages; sites that primarily distribute pirated content; and sites whose traffic is mostly purchased, incentivised or of unclear origin; sites that exist mainly to generate ad impressions or clicks ("banner farms"); and sites that reward visitors for viewing or clicking advertisements.

2.3 Approval is website-specific and position-specific. Adding subdomains, mirrors or new sections requires separate approval.

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 Publisher Websites must not contain, link to or promote any of the following, whether in user-generated or own content: (a) child sexual abuse material, or any content that depicts, suggests or sexualises minors, including "teen" or "young" framing that implies minority, school settings with sexual context, or age-play content suggesting minority; (b) non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden camera, "revenge" or leaked content, or content of any person who has not consented to its creation and publication; (c) sexual deepfakes or synthetic sexual imagery of real, identifiable persons without their documented consent; (d) bestiality, necrophilia, incest presented as real, rape or sexual violence (real or simulated as real), or content involving drugging or incapacity; (e) human trafficking, sexual exploitation or prostitution solicitation where unlawful; (f) terrorism or violent extremism; (g) hate speech or incitement to violence; (h) malware, phishing or deceptive downloads; and (i) any other content unlawful in the jurisdictions in which the website is accessible.

3.2 GECS applies zero tolerance to items (a) to (c). Discovery results in immediate suspension, termination, forfeiture of unpaid revenue to the extent permitted by law and reporting to NCMEC, the IWF and/or law enforcement. Removal of such content must occur within 24 hours of notice and in no case later than 48 hours.

3.3 Sexually explicit content must be of adults only, with age and consent records kept as required by the laws applicable to the Publisher. GECS may request evidence of age and consent, which must be provided within five (5) business days.

4. User-Generated Content Controls

4.1 If your website hosts user-uploaded content, you must: (a) verify the age and identity of every uploader and every person depicted, and obtain documented consent from each; (b) moderate uploads before or promptly after publication using a combination of human review and technical tools (such as hash-matching against known CSAM databases); (c) provide a visible reporting mechanism on every content page; (d) act on reports of CSAM or non-consensual imagery within 24 hours; and (e) ban and, where appropriate, report repeat abusers.

4.2 You must maintain a policy for handling requests to remove intimate imagery from depicted persons, and remove such content within 48 hours of a valid request (or any shorter period required by law applicable to you), including making reasonable efforts to remove identical copies.

5. Age Assurance and Visitor Protection

5.1 Each Publisher Website with adult content must display a clear adult content warning or age gate before any explicit content is shown, and must implement age verification or age estimation where required by law in a visitor's jurisdiction (the Publisher is responsible for identifying which laws apply to its website and visitors).

5.2 Websites must label themselves with appropriate content rating meta tags (for example RTA labelling) to enable parental control filtering.

5.3 You must not design or market your website to appeal to minors, and must not target minors through social media, games or other channels.

6. Ad Placement Standards

6.1 Positions must be placed in locations that are visible to genuine users in the normal course of browsing. AdUnits must not be placed: (a) where they are hidden, stacked, transparent or rendered off-screen; (b) so close to navigation, play buttons or download buttons as to cause accidental clicks; (c) in pop-up chains or windows opened without user interaction, except a popunder triggered as approved by GECS; or (d) on error pages, login pages, or pages without substantive content.

6.2 Popunders: no more than the frequency approved by GECS per user per session, triggered only by a genuine user interaction, and never opened in a way that prevents the user from closing it. Banners: the dimensions approved for the Position, unaltered, with no misleading framing such as fake system dialogs or "click here" arrows. Text links: must be clearly distinguishable as links, placed in the approved location, and must not be disguised as site navigation where doing so would mislead users.

6.3 You must not label advertising as content, use labels such as "download" or "play" next to AdUnits, or otherwise encourage users to click ads. Where law requires ads to be identified (for example under the EU Digital Services Act), you must not remove or obscure ad labels supplied in the Ad Code.

6.4 The Ad Code must be installed unaltered. Caching, proxying, auto-refreshing or re-hosting the Ad Code is prohibited unless GECS approves it in writing.

7. Traffic Requirements

7.1 Traffic must be genuine, human and generated by users voluntarily visiting your website. Bots, scripts, incentivised traffic, click exchanges, forced redirects, malware, adware, and undisclosed purchased traffic are prohibited. See the Traffic Quality Policy.

7.2 You must disclose any paid traffic sources and any material change in traffic sources (such as a new partner or campaign) to GECS before it affects sold Positions. Unexplained spikes or changes in geography or device mix may trigger review.

8. Privacy, Cookies and Consent

8.1 You must display an accurate privacy notice that discloses the use of third-party advertising technology, and obtain consent before ad technology loads where required by law (including GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy rules, PECR and other privacy laws applicable to the Publisher). Where required by law, you must provide visitors with a way to opt out, and must cooperate with opt-out requests GECS receives at Show email.

8.2 Do not pass personal data to GECS through URLs, parameters or the Ad Code. See the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

9. Uptime and Changes

9.1 You must keep sold Positions live for the whole Period. Planned maintenance or redesigns must be notified at least seven (7) days in advance. Unplanned outages must be reported immediately to Show email with the subject "Publisher outage".

9.2 Domain changes, migrations or redirects affecting sold Positions require GECS's prior approval. Delivery shortfalls caused by your website may lead to Advertiser credits being deducted from your revenue.

10. Enforcement

10.1 GECS monitors Publisher Websites through automated scanning, manual review, Advertiser feedback and third-party reports. Depending on severity, GECS may issue a warning, require remediation within a set time, pause Positions, withhold revenue, remove a website or terminate the account.

10.2 Where GECS restricts your Positions it will give a statement of reasons where required by law. You may appeal by emailing Show email with the subject "Publisher appeal". Appeals are reviewed by someone not involved in the original decision where practicable.

11. Reporting Problems with Ads

11.1 If you see an advertisement on your website that you believe is unlawful, misleading, malicious or in breach of the Advertiser Guidelines, report it to Show email with the subject "Ad report", including a screenshot, URL and time. GECS reviews reports promptly and may suspend the advertisement pending review.
