Abuse Reporting Policy
1. Purpose
1.1 This Abuse Reporting Policy explains how anyone can report illegal or harmful content, advertising or conduct connected with the AdultSense platform operated by GLOBAL ENTERPRISE CLOUD SYSTEMS ("GECS", "we"), and how we handle reports, decisions and appeals. It supports our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and our obligations under the EU Digital Services Act (see DSA Information).
1.2 AdultSense is an advertising marketplace. Advertising is served on independent third-party Publisher Websites that GECS does not own, operate or control. We act on reports about advertising we serve, ad code, landing pages, marketplace listings, accounts and Publisher Websites on which we serve advertising.
2. Report Categories
2.1 You can report: (a) child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") or any sexualisation of minors; (b) non-consensual intimate imagery ("NCII"), including leaked, hidden-camera or "revenge" content and sexual deepfakes or other synthetic intimate imagery; (c) trafficking, sexual exploitation or coercion; (d) malicious advertising, including malware, phishing, forced redirects and unwanted downloads; (e) deceptive or fraudulent advertising, scams and misleading claims; (f) advertisements or websites promoting illegal goods or services; (g) hate speech, terrorist content, threats or incitement to violence; (h) intellectual property infringement (see the Copyright Policy); (i) privacy violations, such as doxxing; (j) invalid traffic or fraud affecting the marketplace; and (k) any other content or conduct you believe is illegal or breaches our policies.
3. How to Report
3.1 Email Show email with a subject line describing the issue, for example "Abuse report – CSAM", "Abuse report – NCII", "Abuse report – malicious ad" or "Abuse report – other". This address is also our single point of contact for users and authorities under the Digital Services Act.
3.2 Please include: the exact URL(s), screenshots (except for CSAM), ad creative or landing page address; the date, time and your country; a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you believe the content is illegal or abusive (for EU notices, the law concerned); your name and email address (unless reporting CSAM, which you may do anonymously); and a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the report is accurate and complete.
3.3 Never send copies of child sexual abuse material. Provide only the location and a description. You may also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline, the Internet Watch Foundation or local law enforcement.
3.4 Reports may be made in English. We will acknowledge receipt without undue delay where you provide contact details.
4. Priority Handling
4.1 CSAM and minors: zero tolerance. We disable the relevant advertising, listing or serving to the website as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of receipt (and never later than 48 hours), preserve evidence as required by law, report to NCMEC, the IWF and/or law enforcement as appropriate, and terminate the associated account.
4.2 Non-consensual intimate imagery: where a depicted person or their authorised representative reports intimate imagery published without consent, including synthetic imagery, we remove material under our control and stop serving to the hosting page as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of a valid request (and never later than 48 hours). We make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies under our control and require the relevant Publisher or Advertiser to remove the content. A valid request identifies the material, states that it was published without consent and gives contact details; we keep such requests confidential.
4.3 Malicious or deceptive advertising: we may suspend the advertisement immediately pending review.
4.4 Threats to life or safety: we prioritise reports indicating an imminent threat and may notify law enforcement where we become aware of information giving rise to a suspicion of a criminal offence involving a threat to life or safety.
4.5 Other reports: reviewed in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner, normally within 5 business days. Outcomes may include removal, restriction of visibility, suspension of serving, warnings, account suspension or termination, or no action where the report is unfounded. Removal following a report does not entitle any user to a refund.
5. Statement of Reasons
5.1 Where we remove or restrict content, suspend serving, or suspend or terminate an account, we provide the affected user with a clear and specific statement of reasons, unless the information is manifestly illegal deceptive high-volume commercial content or the law or a competent authority prevents us from doing so.
5.2 The statement of reasons sets out: the action taken and its territorial scope and duration; the facts and circumstances relied on, including whether the action followed a notice or our own investigation; whether automated means were used; the legal ground or the contractual provision relied on; and the redress available, including internal complaints, out-of-court settlement and judicial redress.
5.3 We also inform the person who submitted the report of our decision and the redress available.
6. Internal Complaints and Appeals
6.1 Reporters and affected users may lodge a complaint against our decision, or our decision not to act, within 6 months of being informed of it, by emailing Show email with the subject "Appeal" and explaining why the decision should be changed.
6.2 Complaints are handled in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent and non-arbitrary manner, under the supervision of appropriately qualified staff and not solely by automated means. If the complaint shows that the decision was wrong, we reverse it without undue delay.
6.3 We inform the complainant of our reasoned decision and of the possibility of out-of-court dispute settlement and other redress.
7. Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement
7.1 Users in the European Union may refer disputes about our content moderation decisions, including complaints that were not resolved through our internal system, to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act. We will engage in good faith with any such body, although its decisions are not binding on either party. Using this route does not affect your right to bring proceedings before a court.
8. Trusted Flaggers
8.1 Notices submitted by trusted flaggers designated under Article 22 of the Digital Services Act, acting within their designated area of expertise, are given priority and processed without undue delay. Trusted flaggers should identify their status in the subject line, for example "Trusted flagger notice".
9. Repeat Abusers and Misuse of Reporting
9.1 After a prior warning, we suspend, for a reasonable period, the accounts of users who frequently provide manifestly illegal content, and we may terminate accounts for serious or repeated abuse without warning.
9.2 After a prior warning, we may suspend for a reasonable period the processing of notices and complaints from persons who frequently submit notices or complaints that are manifestly unfounded. In deciding, we consider the number of such submissions, their proportion of the total, the gravity of the misuse and, where identifiable, the intention of the submitter. Knowingly false reports may also expose the submitter to legal liability.
10. Law Enforcement Requests
10.1 Law enforcement and other authorities should send requests to Show email with the subject "Law enforcement request" from an official domain, identifying the requesting authority, the legal basis and the specific information or action requested.
10.2 We review each request for legal validity and scope and respond to valid orders as required by law, including orders under Articles 9 and 10 of the Digital Services Act, informing the authority of the effect given to the order. Where permitted, we may notify the affected user. Emergency requests involving an imminent risk of death or serious physical injury are prioritised and may be answered without formal process where the law permits.
11. Records and Transparency
11.1 We keep records of reports, decisions, statements of reasons and complaints for compliance purposes. GECS publishes information as required by applicable law. Personal data in reports is handled under our Privacy Policy.
