Advertiser Guidelines
1. Purpose and Application
1.1 These Advertiser Guidelines set out the content and technical standards that every Advertisement, item of Ad Code and landing page must meet before and while it runs on the AdultSense Platform operated by GLOBAL ENTERPRISE CLOUD SYSTEMS ("GECS"). They form part of the Advertiser Terms and the Terms of Service.
1.2 The Guidelines apply to the creative itself, to every page reached by clicking it (including redirects and subsequent pages in the same funnel), and to the products and services promoted. Advertisements appear on websites owned and operated by independent Publishers, each of which may impose stricter requirements on its own Positions.
1.3 GECS reviews all Ad Code before activation and may reject, pause or remove any Advertisement at its discretion. Approval does not mean an Advertisement is lawful or compliant; responsibility remains with the Advertiser.
2. Absolutely Prohibited Content
2.1 The following are prohibited without exception and will result in immediate removal, termination of the Account and, where appropriate, reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) or law enforcement: (a) child sexual abuse material, or any content that depicts, suggests, sexualises or appeals to an interest in minors, including through the use of terms such as "teen" combined with childlike imagery, school settings, toys, braces, pigtails or similar cues intended to suggest youth; (b) any person who appears to be under 18, regardless of their actual age; (c) non-consensual intimate imagery, "revenge porn", hidden camera, "upskirt" or voyeur content, or content obtained or shared without the depicted person's consent; (d) sexually explicit deepfakes or other synthetic, AI-generated or manipulated depictions of real, identifiable persons without their documented consent; (e) depictions or promotion of rape, sexual assault, incapacitation, drugging, coercion or other non-consensual sexual activity, whether real or simulated; (f) incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or sexual content involving excrement or extreme violence; (g) content promoting human trafficking, sexual exploitation or commercial sexual services where unlawful; and (h) terrorist or violent extremist content.
3. Restricted and Regulated Content
3.1 The following are permitted only with GECS's prior written approval, where lawful in every targeted jurisdiction, and subject to any conditions GECS imposes: gambling and betting; dating and live cam services; nutritional supplements and sexual enhancement products; pharmaceuticals; cannabis, CBD and related products; alcohol and tobacco or vaping products; financial products, trading and cryptocurrency-related offers; VPNs and privacy tools; and software downloads of any kind.
3.2 Advertisers promoting regulated products must hold every required licence and must restrict delivery to jurisdictions where the product may lawfully be advertised.
4. Truthfulness and Fair Dealing
4.1 Advertisements must not be false, misleading or deceptive, whether by statement, omission or presentation. In particular they must not: (a) imitate system, browser, operating system, security or device warnings or notifications; (b) falsely claim the Visitor has won a prize, has a message, has a virus or has been matched with a specific person; (c) use fake "close" buttons, fake video players or misleading calls to action; (d) misrepresent the price, terms or nature of a product, including "free" offers that lead to paid subscriptions without clear, prominent disclosure; (e) impersonate any brand, person, government body or Publisher; or (f) use fabricated testimonials, reviews or endorsements.
4.2 Subscription and recurring billing offers must clearly disclose price, billing frequency, trial terms and how to cancel, before the Visitor provides payment details, and cancellation must be straightforward.
4.3 Landing pages must be consistent with the Advertisement and must identify the operator of the service and provide working contact details, terms and a privacy notice.
5. Creative Standards by Format
5.1 Banner: creatives must match the dimensions and file size limits specified for the Position, must not exceed animation limits set by GECS or the Publisher, must not auto-play audio, and must clearly be an advertisement. Explicit nudity in banners is permitted only on Positions designated by GECS as allowing it.
5.2 Popunder: popunder Ad Code must open a single window or tab per qualifying event, must not trigger further pop-ups, forced downloads, dialog boxes, or browser-locking behaviour, and must not prevent the Visitor from leaving the page.
5.3 Link (text link): link text must be accurate, must not imitate navigation of the Publisher Website in a misleading way, and must lead to a destination consistent with the text.
5.4 All formats: Ad Code must load efficiently, must not materially slow down the Publisher Website, must be served over HTTPS, and must not contain redirect chains that obscure the final destination.
6. Technical and Security Requirements
6.1 Ad Code must not contain or lead to malware, spyware, adware, unwanted software, crypto-mining scripts, drive-by downloads, phishing, exploit kits or any code that changes browser or device settings without clear consent.
6.2 Cloaking is prohibited: you must not show GECS, Publishers or reviewers different content from that shown to Visitors, or change content after approval based on location, device, referrer or time to evade review.
6.3 Ad Code must not read, modify or interfere with the Publisher Website's content, cookies or other advertisements, and must not collect personal data except as lawfully disclosed on the landing page.
6.4 Tracking pixels, postbacks and third-party tags must be disclosed to GECS on request and must comply with applicable privacy laws.
7. Age, Consent and Records
7.1 All persons appearing in sexually explicit or sexually suggestive creatives or landing pages must have been at least 18 years old when the material was created, must appear to be adults, and must have consented to the creation and distribution of the material.
7.2 The Advertiser must keep any age, identity and consent records that the laws applicable to it require for any person depicted in its Advertisements or on its landing pages, and must provide evidence of age and consent to GECS within 5 business days of request. GECS is an advertising intermediary and does not itself produce, host or publish such content. Failure to provide evidence is grounds for immediate removal.
7.3 Landing pages offering sexually explicit content must implement any age verification or age assurance required by the law of each targeted jurisdiction.
8. Intellectual Property and Personality Rights
8.1 You must own or be licensed to use every trademark, image, video, audio track, font and text in your creatives and landing pages, and must have the written consent of any identifiable person depicted.
8.2 GECS handles infringement complaints under its Copyright Policy and may remove Advertisements immediately on receipt of a valid notice.
9. Review, Enforcement and Appeals
9.1 GECS aims to review submitted Ad Code promptly but does not guarantee a review time. Submit Ad Code early enough to allow review before the Period begins.
9.2 GECS may enforce these Guidelines by rejecting Ad Code, requiring changes, pausing or removing Advertisements, restricting the Positions available to you, suspending or terminating your Account, and reporting unlawful content to authorities. Removal for breach does not entitle you to a refund or Credit.
9.3 GECS will provide a statement of reasons where required by law. You may appeal any decision by emailing Show email (subject line "Appeal") within 6 months, as described on the EU Digital Services Act Information page.
9.4 To report an Advertisement you believe breaches these Guidelines, email Show email (subject line "Abuse Report") or follow the Abuse Reporting Policy.
