1. Scope and Relationship to the Terms of Service

1.1 These Advertiser Terms apply to every Member who purchases, reserves, makes an Offer for, bids on or renews a Position or Share on the AdultSense Platform operated by GLOBAL ENTERPRISE CLOUD SYSTEMS ("GECS", "we", "us", "our"). They supplement the Terms of Service, and capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

1.2 These Advertiser Terms, the Terms of Service, the Advertiser Guidelines, the Traffic Quality Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy and each Order together form your contract with GECS. Where these Advertiser Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a matter specific to advertising purchases, these Advertiser Terms prevail.

1.3 You contract with GECS alone. Positions are located on websites owned and operated by independent third-party Publishers. GECS does not own or operate any Publisher Website, and no Publisher is a party to your contract or an agent of GECS.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

2.1 In these Advertiser Terms, capitalised words defined in the Terms of Service (including Account, Ad Code, Advertisement, Auction, Bid, Credit, Fees, Format, Invoice, Member, Offer, Order, Period, Position, Proposal, Publisher, Publisher Website, Rotation, Share, Statistics and Visitor) have the same meaning here. The following additional definitions apply.

2.2 "Advertiser" means a Member whose Account has been approved for buying advertising on the Platform. "Buy Now" means the immediate purchase of a Position or Share shown as available. "Reservation" means a binding Order placed for a Position or Share for a future Period before that Period has been offered for immediate purchase.

2.3 "Current Holder" means the Advertiser that holds a Position or Share for the Period in which an Offer is made. "Matching Right" means the opportunity GECS may give a Current Holder to keep a Position by matching or exceeding an Offer or Proposal. "Offer Limit" means the maximum number of Offers an Advertiser may submit in a calendar month.

2.4 "Closing Time" means the time at which an Auction is scheduled to close, as extended under section 9. "Grace Window" means the period before the Closing Time during which a valid Bid extends the Closing Time. "Increment Scale" means the table of minimum bid increments set by GECS by reference to the current price. "Reserve" means any minimum price below which GECS is not obliged to award a Position.

2.5 "Renewal Deadline" means the date and time shown in the portal by which an Advertiser must confirm or decline renewal of a Position for the next Period. "Reporting Window" means the period from the 20th day of one calendar month to the 19th day of the following month. "Price Change Notice" means a notice from GECS of a new price for a future Period. "Delivery Issue" means a matter GECS accepts under section 16 as having affected delivery of a paid Position for reasons not attributable to the Advertiser.

2.6 In these Advertiser Terms: headings are for convenience only; "including" and similar words do not limit the words that follow; references to days are to calendar days and references to business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Panama; times are determined by GECS's systems and, unless stated otherwise, are US Eastern time; and references to a section are to a section of these Advertiser Terms.

3. Becoming an Advertiser

3.1 Advertiser Accounts are available only to approved businesses. You must submit the account request form and await manual approval by GECS. GECS may approve or deny any request in its sole discretion and may ask for further information or documents at any time.

3.2 Once approved, you must complete your company details in the portal, which are used on your Invoices, and set your notification preferences. You may optionally link a Telegram account to receive notifications in addition to email.

3.3 You must keep a valid email address on your Account and monitor it, the portal, and the news and announcements section, because Auction results, Proposals, renewal reminders, Invoices and price change notices are delivered through those channels and may have short deadlines.

4. Positions, Formats and Rotations

4.1 Inventory is sold as Positions. Each Position is identified in the marketplace with its Format (currently popunder, banner or link), its data type for reporting (clicks, impressions or unique impressions), and, where available, historical traffic statistics, estimates, trends and top countries.

4.2 Some Positions are Rotations divided into Shares. A Share entitles you to a fixed percentage of the Rotation's traffic, delivered in rotation with other Advertisers holding Shares in the same Rotation. GECS determines the method of rotation and does not guarantee that any individual Visitor, page view or time of day will be allocated to you, only that your Share will receive approximately its stated percentage of the Rotation's delivery over the Period as measured by the Statistics.

4.3 A Position or Share is sold for a Period, normally a calendar month, for a flat fee stated in USD. The fee does not vary with actual traffic delivered. The data type of a Position is used for reporting only and does not convert the purchase into a cost-per-impression or cost-per-click arrangement.

4.4 Where a Position is sold part-way through a Period, the Fee is prorated as described in section 7.

4.5 GECS may change the configuration of a Position (for example its exact placement on the page, ad dimensions, frequency capping or rotation mechanics) where reasonably necessary, including at the request of the Publisher, provided the change does not materially alter the nature of the Position for the remainder of a paid Period. If it does, the remedies in sections 16 and 17 apply.

5. Ways to Buy

5.1 The Platform offers the following purchase routes, which GECS may modify, restrict or withdraw at any time: (a) Buy Now, for Positions or Shares shown as available; (b) Reservation, for Positions shown as becoming available in a future Period (section 6); (c) Offers, for Positions currently held by another Advertiser (section 8); and (d) Auctions, where GECS decides to allocate a Position competitively (section 9).

5.2 Buy Now. When you select Buy Now and confirm, you place a binding Order for the Position or Share for the stated Period at the displayed price. GECS will issue an Invoice through the portal. The Position is held for you until the Invoice due date; if payment is not received by then, the Position may be released and offered to others.

5.3 Every Order confirmed through the portal, whether by clicking a purchase, reserve, accept or bid button or by written confirmation, is a binding contractual commitment to pay the Fees for the relevant Period.

5.4 Availability, prices and Statistics shown in the marketplace may change at any time until your Order is confirmed. If two Advertisers attempt to buy the same Position at the same time, the Order first recorded by GECS's systems prevails, and GECS may instead put the Position to Auction.

5.5 GECS may refuse any Order, and may cancel an Order before the start of the Period where the Position was mispriced or mis-described, has been withdrawn by the Publisher, or where accepting the Order would breach Applicable Law or the Policies. Where GECS cancels a paid Order for reasons not attributable to you, your remedy is a Credit under section 17.

6. Reservations

6.1 Where the marketplace shows a Position or Share as becoming available for a future Period, you may reserve it. A Reservation is a binding Order for the stated Period at the price shown when you reserve, subject to any Price Change Notice issued before the Invoice is issued.

6.2 GECS will issue an Invoice for a Reservation with a due date before the start of the reserved Period. If the Invoice is not paid by its due date, the Reservation may be cancelled and the Position offered to others, and you remain liable for any loss GECS suffers as a result, including any shortfall on resale.

6.3 A Reservation does not give you any right to the Position before the reserved Period starts, and GECS may decline a Reservation where the Current Holder still has a pending renewal decision or Matching Right, or where GECS chooses to allocate the Position by Proposal or Auction.

6.4 You may not cancel a Reservation once confirmed. GECS may, at its discretion and on request, agree in writing to move a Reservation to a later Period or to a comparable Position, but is not obliged to do so.

7. Partial Periods and Proration

7.1 Positions are normally sold for full calendar-month Periods. Where GECS agrees to sell a Position or Share starting part-way through a Period, the Fee for that first partial Period is prorated by reference to the number of days remaining in the calendar month, including the start date, divided by the number of days in that month, applied to the full monthly Fee.

7.2 The prorated amount is shown on the Order or Invoice before you confirm or pay. Following the partial Period, the Position renews for full Periods at the full monthly Fee under section 10.

7.3 The start date for proration is the date stated on the Order. If activation is delayed because the Invoice was paid late or Ad Code was not supplied or approved in time, the start date does not move and the Fee is not reduced.

7.4 GECS may round prorated Fees to the nearest whole US dollar. Proration does not apply to Auction results or accepted Proposals unless the Proposal or Auction rules expressly say so.

8. Offers, Proposals and Matching Rights

8.1 You may make an Offer for a Position that is currently held by another Advertiser. An Offer states the monthly amount you are willing to pay for that Position for a future Period.

8.2 Each Advertiser may make a limited number of Offers per calendar month, as set by GECS and currently three per month (the Offer Limit). Every Offer submitted counts towards the Offer Limit, including Offers below any published or unpublished minimum and Offers that are withdrawn, rejected or lapse. Unused Offers do not carry over to the next month.

8.3 Offers submitted up to and including the 19th day of a calendar month relate to the following calendar month. Offers submitted on or after the 20th day relate to the calendar month after next.

8.4 An Offer is an invitation to GECS to negotiate and does not itself oblige GECS to sell. GECS may disregard any Offer that is below the minimum it considers acceptable, without notice. GECS is not obliged to explain why an Offer was not taken forward.

8.5 If GECS considers an Offer acceptable it may send you a Proposal setting out the Position, Period, price and any other terms. GECS may send Proposals to more than one Advertiser in respect of the same Position, in which case the Proposal states that it is subject to competing interest.

8.6 Before or after sending a Proposal, GECS may give the Current Holder a Matching Right: an opportunity, within a time set by GECS, to match or exceed the amount offered, or to make a counter-offer. If the Current Holder exercises the Matching Right on terms GECS accepts, the Current Holder keeps the Position for the relevant Period at the matched or higher price, and any Proposal sent to you lapses or is withdrawn. If the Current Holder does not respond in time, or declines, the Matching Right ends.

8.7 As a Current Holder, any Matching Right you are given is a courtesy and not a contractual entitlement, and GECS may decide not to offer one, for example where you are in breach of these Advertiser Terms or have overdue Invoices. Exercising a Matching Right is a binding Order at the matched price.

8.8 Each Proposal states an expiry time. If you accept a Proposal before it expires, you are bound to purchase on its terms and an Invoice will be issued. If you do not accept before expiry, the Proposal lapses. GECS may withdraw a Proposal at any time before you accept it.

8.9 Where competing interest remains after Offers, Proposals and any Matching Right, GECS may run an Auction under section 9, and may invite the Current Holder and Offer makers to take part.

8.10 GECS does not disclose to other Advertisers the identity of Offer makers, and Offer amounts are Confidential Information, except that GECS may inform the Current Holder of the amount it is being asked to match.

9. Auctions

9.1 Where more than one party is interested in a Position or Share, or at any other time it chooses, GECS may allocate it by Auction. GECS will publish in the portal or notify participants of the Position, Period, starting price, any Reserve, Closing Time and any other applicable rules. Participation may be limited to invited Advertisers.

9.2 Each Bid must exceed the current highest valid Bid (or equal or exceed the starting price, for the first Bid) by at least the minimum increment shown on the Increment Scale for the current price. The Increment Scale is displayed in the portal; the minimum increment increases as the current price increases. Bids that do not meet the applicable increment, or that are otherwise invalid, will be rejected or may be deleted.

9.3 Bids are stated as a monthly amount in USD for the Period offered. Each Bid must be for a whole-dollar amount unless the portal allows otherwise. You are responsible for checking a Bid before submitting it; obvious keying errors may be corrected only with GECS's written agreement.

9.4 Auctions close at the Closing Time stated by GECS, which is anchored to 10:00 US Eastern time on the stated closing day unless GECS specifies otherwise. GECS may apply a Grace Window, by default 48 hours, under which a valid Bid received within the final window before the Closing Time extends the Closing Time, so that other participants have a fair opportunity to respond. Extensions may repeat until no valid Bid is received within the Grace Window. The Closing Time displayed in the portal, as extended, is conclusive.

9.5 When the Auction closes, the highest valid Bid at or above any Reserve wins. If two or more valid Bids are equal, the earliest Bid received by GECS's systems wins.

9.6 A WINNING BID IS A BINDING CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENT TO PURCHASE the Position or Share for the stated Period at the amount bid. You may not retract a Bid once submitted except with GECS's written agreement, which may be refused.

9.7 GECS will notify the winner and issue an Invoice. If the winner fails to pay by the due date, GECS may, in addition to all its other rights: (a) award the Position to the next highest valid bidder, or re-run or re-offer the Position; (b) charge the defaulting winner the full amount of its winning Bid or, at GECS's election, the shortfall between the winning Bid and any lower price at which the Position is subsequently sold, together with GECS's costs; and (c) suspend or terminate the defaulting winner's Account and exclude it from future Auctions. Interest on the unpaid amount accrues under section 12.

9.8 A bidder offered a Position as next highest bidder is not obliged to accept unless the Auction rules state otherwise; if it accepts, it is bound at the amount of its own last valid Bid.

9.9 GECS may, at any time and in its discretion: withdraw a bidder from an Auction; delete Bids it considers invalid, erroneous, manipulative or placed in breach of these Advertiser Terms; extend, pause, cancel or re-run an Auction, including where a technical fault affected bidding; and set or change Reserves. GECS is not obliged to award a Position if no Bid reaches the Reserve.

9.10 You must not collude with other bidders, place Bids through multiple Accounts or connected persons, place Bids you do not intend or are not able to honour, or otherwise manipulate Auction outcomes. Breach of this clause entitles GECS to void the Auction result and terminate your Account.

10. Renewals

10.1 Unless otherwise stated in the Order, Positions and Shares you hold renew automatically from Period to Period. Before each renewal, you will be asked through the portal to confirm or decline renewal by the deadline shown in the portal.

10.2 If you do not decline renewal by the deadline, your Position will renew for the next Period at the applicable price, and the renewal is a binding Order. You are responsible for checking and responding to renewal requests in time.

10.3 To help you judge performance before deciding whether to renew, the Reporting Window runs from the 20th day of one month to the 19th day of the next. Statistics for that window are available in the portal.

10.4 GECS may decline to offer a renewal for any Position, for example where the Publisher has withdrawn or changed it, where there is competing demand that GECS chooses to put to Auction or Proposal, or where you are in breach of these Terms.

10.5 GECS may, at its discretion, grant an extension of a renewal deadline on request. Any extension must be confirmed in writing or in the portal to be effective.

10.6 If you decline renewal, the Position may be made available to others for the next Period, including through Offers and Auctions already in progress.

11. Price Changes

11.1 GECS may change the price of any Position or Share for future Periods. Where a change affects a Position you hold, GECS will send you a price change notice in advance of the renewal deadline for the Period to which it applies, by email and in the portal.

11.2 If you renew, or fail to decline renewal, after receiving a price change notice, the new price applies. Prices for a Period already confirmed and paid will not be increased.

11.3 Prices are set by GECS in its sole discretion and may take into account demand, Offers, Auction results and Publisher requirements. Prices shown to one Advertiser may differ from those shown to another.

12. Invoicing and Payment

12.1 GECS issues Invoices through the portal, downloadable in PDF format. Invoices show the Position, Period, Fees, any proration and any Credit applied, together with the company details you have provided.

12.2 You must pay each Invoice in full, in USD, by the methods made available on the Platform, by the due date shown. Fees are payable in advance of the Period. Time for payment is of the essence.

12.3 Your Advertisement will go live only once the relevant Invoice has been paid and your Ad Code has been approved. Delays in activation caused by late payment or by Ad Code not being supplied or approved in time do not extend the Period or entitle you to any Credit.

12.4 If an Invoice remains unpaid at its due date, GECS may release the Position and offer it to others, cancel the related Order, and recover from you any loss suffered, in addition to the rights set out in the Terms of Service.

12.5 ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Paid Fees will not be refunded for any reason. The only remedies for delivery issues are those in sections 16 and 17.

12.6 Overdue amounts accrue interest from the due date until paid at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if lower, the maximum rate permitted by Applicable Law, and GECS may recover its reasonable costs of collection. GECS may also suspend delivery of all your Positions while any Invoice is overdue; the Period continues to run during suspension.

13. Invoice Disputes

13.1 If you believe an Invoice is incorrect, for example because it shows the wrong Position, Period, price, proration or Credit, you must notify GECS by email to Show email (subject line "Invoice Dispute") within 14 days of the Invoice being issued, identifying the Invoice and the amount disputed and explaining why. Invoices not disputed within that time are deemed accepted.

13.2 You must pay the undisputed portion of any Invoice by its due date. Raising a dispute does not extend the due date for the undisputed portion or prevent GECS releasing the Position if the undisputed portion is unpaid.

13.3 GECS will review a dispute in good faith and tell you its conclusion. If GECS agrees that an Invoice was incorrect, it will issue a corrected Invoice or, where you have already paid an amount that was not due, apply that amount as a Credit to your Account.

13.4 A disagreement about delivery or traffic quality is not an Invoice dispute and must be raised as a delivery claim within 7 days after the end of the affected Period under section 16. Any other claim against GECS must be notified within 6 months as set out in the Terms of Service.

14. Ad Code and Creative Approval

14.1 You must supply Ad Code for each Position in the form required for its Format, sufficiently in advance of the start of the Period to allow review. Ad Code must comply with the Advertiser Guidelines.

14.2 GECS reviews all Ad Code before activation and may reject it, request changes, or approve it subject to conditions. GECS may also remove or pause approved Ad Code at any time, including at the request of a Publisher, following a complaint or legal notice, or where it detects a change in the content served.

14.3 You may request changes to your Ad Code during a Period. Each change requires fresh approval, and your previous approved Ad Code will continue to run (or the Position will remain inactive) until the new Ad Code is approved.

14.4 If your Ad Code is rejected or removed because it breaches the Policies, the Period continues to run and no Credit or refund is due.

14.5 You are solely responsible for your Ad Code and for the landing pages, offers, products and services it promotes, for ensuring they work correctly, and for ensuring tracking parameters and links remain valid throughout the Period.

15. Delivery, Statistics and Reporting

15.1 GECS will serve your approved Advertisement in the Position or Share you have purchased during the paid Period, subject to the availability of the Publisher Website and to these Advertiser Terms.

15.2 The Statistics recorded by GECS's ad serving systems are the sole and conclusive basis for reporting, renewal decisions and any assessment of delivery. Statistics are available in the portal. Discrepancies between the Statistics and your own or third-party tracking are common in online advertising and do not of themselves indicate a delivery issue.

15.3 Marketplace figures, estimates, trends and top-country data are historical and indicative only. GECS does not guarantee any minimum or maximum number of clicks, impressions or unique impressions, any geographic mix, any device mix, or any conversions or revenue.

15.4 GECS applies filtering to exclude certain invalid traffic as described in the Traffic Quality Policy. Filtering cannot remove all invalid traffic, and the presence of some invalid or low-quality traffic does not entitle you to a Credit unless GECS determines otherwise under section 16.

15.5 GECS retains ad server logs for 90 days. Statistics and logs older than that may no longer be available to support a claim, which is one reason claims must be raised promptly.

16. Delivery Issues, Credits and Run Extensions

16.1 If you believe a delivery issue has affected your Position, you must notify GECS by email to Show email (subject line "Delivery Claim") within 7 days after the end of the affected Period, giving the Position, dates and supporting evidence. Claims not made within that time are waived.

16.2 GECS will review your claim in good faith using the Statistics and any other information it considers relevant. Examples of matters GECS may accept as delivery issues include: a material outage of the Publisher Website or of GECS's ad serving systems; significant under-delivery measured against the Position's own normal historical delivery; and removal or material change of the Position by the Publisher or GECS that was not caused by you.

16.3 Matters that are not delivery issues include: low conversions or poor return on investment; normal fluctuations in traffic; differences from marketplace estimates; downtime or errors on your own landing pages; delay in activation caused by late payment or Ad Code approval; and rejection or removal of your Ad Code for breach.

16.4 If GECS, in its sole discretion, accepts that a delivery issue occurred, it will at its option either: (a) issue a Credit to your Account proportionate to the affected delivery or time, as reasonably determined by GECS; or (b) extend the run of the affected Position, or provide a comparable Position, for an equivalent period. GECS's decision is final.

16.5 THESE REMEDIES ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY DELIVERY ISSUE. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

16.6 Credits are subject to section 17.

17. Credits

17.1 Credits have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or refunded, are non-transferable, and may be used only by the Account to which they were issued.

17.2 Credits are applied only against future Fees on the Platform. GECS applies available Credits to your next Invoice or Invoices automatically, oldest Credit first, unless you ask GECS in writing to hold them for a particular Order. A Credit may reduce an Invoice to zero but never produces a balance payable to you.

17.3 Each Credit expires 12 months after the date of issue unless GECS states otherwise in writing. Expired Credits are forfeited without notice. Your available Credits and their expiry dates are shown in the portal or available on request.

17.4 Credits are forfeited if your Account is terminated for breach. If GECS terminates your Account for convenience, Credits may be used only before the Account closes. GECS may set off any amount you owe against your Credits at any time.

17.5 A Credit issued in error may be reversed by GECS. Credits count towards GECS's limit of liability under section 22.

18. Advertiser Obligations and Compliance

18.1 You must ensure that all your Advertisements, landing pages and promoted products and services comply with the Advertiser Guidelines, the Acceptable Use Policy and all Applicable Law in every jurisdiction where they are displayed or targeted, including advertising standards, consumer protection, privacy, electronic marketing, age verification, obscenity and online safety laws.

18.2 All persons depicted in your Advertisements and on your landing pages in any sexual or sexually suggestive context must have been 18 or older when the material was created and must have consented to its creation and distribution. You must keep any age, identity and consent records that the laws applicable to you require and must provide evidence of age and consent to GECS within 5 business days of request.

18.3 Your landing pages must clearly identify the operator of the website, contain any legally required terms, privacy and cookie notices, and provide clear pricing and cancellation information for any paid service.

18.4 You must not use the Platform to collect personal data from Visitors unlawfully, to deliver malware or unwanted software, or to engage in deceptive or unfair practices.

18.5 You must respond promptly, and in any event within 2 business days, to requests from GECS concerning complaints, legal notices or compliance checks relating to your Advertisements, and within 24 hours where the request concerns suspected illegal content involving minors or non-consensual material.

18.6 Advertisements for gambling, pharmaceuticals, cryptocurrency-related offers, VPNs and the other restricted categories listed in the Advertiser Guidelines require GECS's prior written approval before they are submitted, even where lawful in the targeted jurisdictions.

18.7 You warrant that all identity, payer, beneficial owner, brand and advertiser-transparency information you give GECS is accurate, complete and kept up to date, and that you advertise only your own products and services or those of a client you are authorised to represent and have disclosed to GECS.

19. Traffic Quality

19.1 You must not, and must not permit any person to, generate artificial clicks, impressions or other interactions with your own or other Advertisers' Advertisements, or otherwise engage in conduct prohibited by the Traffic Quality Policy.

19.2 If you suspect invalid traffic on a Position, you may report it under section 16 and the Traffic Quality Policy. GECS's assessment, based on the Statistics and its own investigation, is final.

20. Confidentiality and Non-Circumvention

20.1 Prices, Offers, Proposals, Auction details other than public results, Statistics not shown publicly and the identity and terms of Publishers are Confidential Information under the Terms of Service. Your confidentiality obligations continue for 3 years after your Account ends.

20.2 During the term of your Account and for 12 months afterwards, you must not, directly or indirectly, approach, solicit or contract with any Publisher whose inventory you learned of or purchased through the Platform with a view to buying advertising on that Publisher Website outside the Platform.

20.3 If you breach section 20.2, you must pay GECS liquidated damages equal to 12 months of the relevant Fees, calculated as set out in the Terms of Service, as a genuine pre-estimate of GECS's loss and without prejudice to its other remedies.

21. Suspension and Termination

21.1 GECS may suspend or terminate your Advertiser Account, remove your Advertisements or release your Positions in the circumstances described in the Terms of Service. Where GECS does so because of your breach, all Fees for Orders already placed remain payable and no refund or Credit is due.

21.2 If you wish to stop advertising, you must decline renewal of your Positions before the applicable deadline. Removing your Ad Code or closing your Account does not cancel Orders already placed or renewals already triggered.

21.3 On termination, any unpaid Fees become immediately due, and GECS may set off any amount you owe against any Credit on your Account.

21.4 GECS may terminate these Advertiser Terms and close your Account for convenience on 30 days' notice. In that case GECS will honour any paid Period already in progress or, at its option, issue a Credit for the unused portion, which may be used only before the Account closes.

22. Liability

22.1 The limitation of liability and indemnity provisions of the Terms of Service apply to these Advertiser Terms. GECS's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total Fees actually paid by you to GECS in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Credits and run extensions count towards this limit.

22.2 You are liable for, and shall indemnify GECS and the relevant Publishers against, all claims and losses arising from your Advertisements, landing pages, products and services and your breach of these Advertiser Terms.

23. Miscellaneous

23.1 GECS may amend these Advertiser Terms in accordance with the amendment provisions of the Terms of Service, giving at least 15 days' notice of material changes. Amendments do not affect the price or Period of an Order already confirmed.

23.2 These Advertiser Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and disputes are resolved exclusively as set out in section 43 of the Terms of Service, including arbitration in Panama City and the waiver of class proceedings.

23.3 Questions about these Advertiser Terms may be sent to Show email (subject line "Advertiser Terms").
